Raytools Intelligence (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.( hereinafter collectively referred to as "Raytools" or "We") has always solemnly committed to protecting the personal information and privacy security of users (hereinafter collectively referred to as "User" or "You") who use Raytools’ products and services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Raytools Services"). When you use Raytools Services, we may collect and use your relevant personal information. We hope to explain to you through this "Raytools Company Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") matters such as the corresponding processing rules for the collection and use of your relevant personal information, in order to better protect your rights and interests.

This Policy applies to all Raytools Services we provide. When you use any of our individual services, you agree to be protected by this Policy and any specific privacy policy terms issued by us for that individual service (hereinafter referred to as "Specific Terms"). In such cases, the Specific Terms and this Policy shall be effective for you simultaneously. For example: using other apps or mini-programs released by Raytools also applies this Policy. If there are inconsistent provisions of the same type between the Specific Terms and this Policy, the Specific Terms shall prevail within the scope of their constraints. If any individual service we provide does not apply this Policy, that service will clearly indicate the exclusion of this Policy in an appropriate manner.

Before using any Raytools Services, please be sure to read and thoroughly understand this Policy, especially the terms marked in bold/bold underline , which you should focus on reading. Please confirm your full understanding and agreement before starting to use. If you do not agree to the content of this Policy, it may cause Raytools Services to fail to operate normally, or fail to achieve the service effects we intend to achieve. You should immediately stop accessing/using Raytools Services. Your use or continued use of Raytools Services indicates your agreement for us to collect, use, store, share, transfer, and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Policy (including updated versions).

After reading this Policy, if you have any questions about this Policy or matters related to this Policy, you can contact us through the channels indicated at the end of this Policy, and we will answer you as soon as possible.

I. How We Collect and Use Personal Information

We collect your personal information primarily to make it easier and more satisfying for you and other users to use Raytools Services.

(I) We will collect and obtain your personal information through the following channels:

1. Information you provide. For example:

1.  (1)  Information you provide to us when registering for a Raytools Services account or using Raytools Services;

2.  (2)  Information you provide to others through Raytools Services, as well as information stored when you use Raytools Services.

Please note that if you disclose your information in public areas visible to other users within Raytools Services, such as information you upload or post, or your responses to information uploaded or posted by others, this information may be collected and used by others. When you find others improperly collecting or using your information, you can contact us through the channels specified in this Policy.

2. Your information shared by other parties.  That is, information about you shared by other parties when they use Raytools Services.

3. Information we obtain about you.  Information we collect, aggregate, and record when you use Raytools Services, such as log information, location information, and device information.

(II) We will collect and use the following types of your personal information for the following purposes:

1. To help you complete registration and login

To facilitate us in providing services to you, you need to provide basic registration or login information, including mobile phone number, email address , and create your account, username, and password .

In some individual services, if you only need to use basic services such as browsing and searching, you do not need to register as a Raytools user or provide the above information.

2. To achieve identity authentication

In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, or to meet needs such as verifying user identity authenticity, ensuring system service security, and other specific service functions, we may require you to provide authentic identity information (e.g., name, ID card, passport, driver's license, household register, facial features, fingerprints, and other identity information ) to complete identity authentication. If you do not provide the above  information, we will not be able to provide you with related functions and services. For the purpose of identity authentication, you agree and authorize us to independently or entrust a third party to provide, inquire, and verify your aforementioned identity information with relevant identity authentication institutions (such as personal credit agencies, government departments, etc.).

3. To maintain normal operation of basic functions

During your use of our services, to identify abnormal account status, understand product compatibility, provide you with basic services such as browsing and searching, and maintain normal operation of basic functions, we may automatically collect and store information about the services you use and how you use them, and associate this information. This information includes:

1.  (1) Log Information:  When you use our services, we may automatically collect detailed usage information about our services from you, which is saved as network logs. For example, your login account, search query content, IP address, browser type, telecom operator, network environment, language used, access date and time, web page browsing records you visited, Push open records, dwell time, refresh records, posting records, follows, subscriptions, favorites, and shares.

2.  (2) Device Information:  We may, based on specific permissions granted by you during software installation and use, receive and record information about the device you use (e.g., IMEI, MAC, AndroidID, WIFI BSSID, WIFI SSID, Serial, SIM card IMSI identification code, device model, operating system and version, client version, device resolution, package name, device settings, process and software list, unique device identifier, software and hardware feature information), and location-related information of the device (e.g., IP address, GPS location).

Meanwhile, in order to collect the above basic personal device information, we will request permission to access your device information. We collect this information to provide you with our basic services and functions. If you refuse to grant the above permissions, it may result in your inability to use Raytools Services.

Please note that device information and log information alone are information that cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine this type of non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or combine it with personal information for use, then during the period of combined use, this type of non-personal information will be regarded as personal information. Unless we obtain your authorization or it is required by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify this type of personal information. During the period of combined use, this information will be treated and protected as your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4. To provide you with interaction and publishing services

When you use Raytools Services to upload and/or publish information and engage in related behaviors (e.g., posting comments, sharing, favoriting), we will collect the information you upload, publish, or generate, and have the right to display your nickname, avatar, and published content.

5. To provide you with customer service or other user response functions

When you contact our customer service or use other user response functions (e.g., submitting after-sales applications, personal information protection complaints, or suggestions), we may need you to provide necessary personal information to match and verify your user identity, in order to protect your account and system security. We may also save your contact information (the contact method you used to contact us or other contact information you proactively provided to us), records and content of your communications/conversations with us, and other necessary information related to your needs, in order to contact you or help you solve problems, or record the handling plan and results of related issues.

6. Your personal information collected by us indirectly:  We may obtain your authorized shared relevant information from affiliates and third-party partners. For example, we may obtain your authorized shared account information (including username, avatar, nickname) from a third party and, after your consent to this Policy, bind your third-party account with your Raytools Services account, enabling you to directly log in and use Raytools Services through the third-party account. We will collect and use this information of yours under the premise that it complies with relevant laws and regulations and based on agreements with affiliates or third-party partners, and we are confident that the source of the information they provide is legal.

7. To provide you with information display and sending related to goods or services

We may send you service-related notifications when necessary (e.g., when we suspend an individual service due to system maintenance, change, or terminate the provision of an individual service).

If you no longer wish to continue receiving messages sent by us, you may request us to stop sending them. For example: request us to stop sending promotional text messages according to the SMS unsubscribe instructions, or set up on your mobile device to no longer receive messages sent by us; except for situations where we send messages as required by law or as agreed in the service agreement of an individual service.

8. To provide you with security safeguards

In order to improve the security of the services provided by us and our partners, protect the personal and property safety of you, other users, or the public from infringement, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusion, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or relevant agreements and rules of Raytools Services, we may collect, use, or integrate your account information, device information, log information, and information obtained from our affiliates and partners with your authorization or based on law, to comprehensively judge your account and transaction risks, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

9. To improve our services

We may use the information collected from one Raytools Service for our other services. For example, information collected about you when you use one Raytools Service may be used in another Raytools Service to provide you with specific content or to display information related to you, rather than information sent universally; we may invite you to participate in surveys about Raytools Services to help us improve existing services or design new services; meanwhile, we may use your information for software updates.

10. Other purposes

You understand and agree that after collecting your personal information, we may de-identify the data through technical means. De-identified information will not be able to identify your identity. Under such circumstances, we have the right to use the de-identified information to analyze the user database and utilize it commercially without obtaining your separate consent.

Please note that if we intend to use your personal information for purposes not specified in this Policy or to collect additional personal information not mentioned, we will obtain your separate consent through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, or other means. Once you consent, such additional purposes will be considered part of this Policy, and such additional information will also apply to this Policy.

11. You understand and agree that some individual services may require you to enable specific access permissions on your device to achieve the collection and use of information involved by these permissions. For example:

·  [Record Audio]  Allows users to use voice chat functions, or contact customer service, etc.;

Permission Function Description: Provides the function to write to external storage.
Usage Scenario and Purpose: Allows the App or mini-program to write/download/save/cache/modify/delete pictures, files, crash logs, and other information, retain user operation information, protect user rights, and save user files as evidence for disputes arising from using platform services.

Permission Function Description: Provides the function to read data within the phone's storage space.
Usage Scenario and Purpose: Allows the App or mini-program to read pictures, files, and other content in storage to achieve functions such as product posting, changing avatars, sending pictures in chats with users, providing proof when communicating with customer service, providing proof for user feedback, reading local crash log information, etc.

Permission Function Description: Use to take pictures, record videos, scan QR codes.
Usage Scenario and Purpose: Used to help you scan QR codes to connect devices and other functions.

·  [Read Phone Identification Code]  Obtain phone status to ensure users can log in and use platform services normally.

·  [Send SMS]  User login/registration requires sending SMS to read verification codes, ensuring users can log in and use the platform with verification codes normally.

·  [Receive SMS]  User login/registration requires reading the content of verification code SMS messages, ensuring users can log into the platform normally.

When you need to turn off these function permissions, most mobile devices support your need. For specific methods, please refer to or contact your mobile device service provider or manufacturer. Please note that enabling any permission means you authorize us to collect and use relevant information to provide you with corresponding services. Once you close any permission, it means you have canceled the authorization. We will no longer continue to collect and use relevant information based on that permission, nor can we provide you with the service corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to close permissions will not affect information collection and use previously conducted based on your authorization.

13. Exceptions to obtaining authorized consent

According to relevant laws and regulations, collection of your information in the following circumstances does not require your authorized consent:

1.  (1)  Related to national security and national defense security;

2.  (2)  Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

3.  (3)  Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments, etc.;

4.  (4)  Where it is necessary to protect the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of the information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;

5.  (5)  The information collected is disclosed by you to the public on your own;

6.  (6)  Collecting information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;

7.  (7)  Necessary for concluding a contract at your request;

8.  (8)  Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of Raytools Services, for example, discovering and handling faults in products or services;

9.  (9)  Necessary for legal news reporting;

10.  (10)  Where academic research institutions conduct statistical or academic research based on public interests, and when providing the results of academic research or description to the outside world, the information contained in the results is de-identified;

11.  (11)  Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

14. Notice regarding sensitive personal information

The information provided by you or collected by us as mentioned above may contain your sensitive personal information, such as ID card numbers, bank account numbers, communication records and content, travel tracks, and transaction information. Please be cautious and mindful of sensitive personal information. You agree that we can process your sensitive personal information for the purposes and in the manner described in this Policy.

II. How We Use COOKIES or Similar Technologies

We or our third-party partners may obtain and use your information through COOKIES or similar technologies and store this information as log information.

By using COOKIES, we provide users with a simple, easy, and diverse network experience. A COOKIE is a small amount of data sent from a web server to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. We use COOKIES to benefit our users. For example, to make the Raytools app login process faster, you can choose to store your username in a COOKIE. This will make it more convenient and faster for you to log in to Raytools’ services next time. COOKIES help us determine the pages and content you connect to, the time you spend on specific Raytools services, and the Raytools services you choose.

COOKIES allow us to serve you better and faster, and make your experience on Raytools Services more diverse. However, you should be able to control whether and how your browser accepts COOKIES. Please refer to the documentation accompanying your browser for more information on this.

We and third-party partners may collect and use your information through COOKIES or similar technologies and store this information.

Our use of our own COOKIES or similar technologies may be for the following purposes:

1.  1.  To remember your identity. For example: COOKIES or similar technologies help us identify you as a registered user of ours, or save preferences or other information you provide to us;

2.  2.  To analyze your use of our services. We may use COOKIES or similar technologies to understand what activities you use Raytools Services for, or which services are most popular;

You can refuse or manage COOKIES or similar technologies through your browser or user choice mechanisms. However, please note that if you disable COOKIES or similar technologies, we may not be able to provide you with the best service experience, and some services may not function properly.

III. How We May Share, Transfer, or Disclose Personal Information

(I) Sharing

Except for the following circumstances, without your consent, we will not share your personal information with any third party outside of Raytools:

1.  1.  To provide our services to you. We may share your information with partners and other third parties to realize the functions of Raytools Services, allowing you to normally use the services you need. For example: partners providing supporting services (such as data statistics, data analysis);

2.  2.  Necessary sharing with affiliates. To facilitate us in providing you with consistent services based on a unified account system and for your unified management, ensuring system and account security, etc., your personal information may be shared as necessary between us and our affiliates;

3.  3.  To achieve the purposes stated in Part I "How We Collect and Use Personal Information" of this Policy;

4.  4.  To fulfill our obligations and exercise our rights under this Policy or other agreements we have reached with you;

5.  5.  Sharing with third parties such as partners who entrust us with promotion, for the purpose of enabling such entrusted parties to understand the coverage and effectiveness of the promotion. For example, we can inform the entrusted party how many people viewed their promotional information or purchased the entrusted party's goods after seeing this information, or provide them with statistical information that does not identify individuals, helping them understand their audience or customers;

6.  6.  Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, in order to comply with the law, safeguard the interests, property, or safety of us and our affiliates or partners, you or other Raytools users, or the public from harm, for example, to prevent illegal activities such as fraud and reduce credit risks, we may exchange information with other companies and organizations. However, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing information for profit in violation of the commitments made in this Policy;

7.  7.  In response to your legitimate needs or with your authorized consent;

8.  8.  In response to the legitimate requirements of your guardian to provide your information;

9.  9.  Provided according to individual service agreements signed with you (including electronically signed agreements and corresponding platform rules) or other legal document agreements;

10.  10.  Provided based on academic research;

11.  11.  Provided based on social public interests that comply with laws and regulations.

We will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. For companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share personal information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, requiring them to handle the information in accordance with our instructions, this Policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

(II) Transfer

1.  1.  As our business continues to develop, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions, and your information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will require the new holder of your personal information to continue to be bound by this Policy. Otherwise, we will require that company or organization to seek your authorization and consent again.

2.  2.  After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties.

(III) Disclosure

We will only disclose your personal information under the following circumstances and while taking security protection measures that comply with industry standards:

1.  1.  According to your needs, disclose the information you specify in the disclosure method you explicitly agree to;

2.  2.  Where it is necessary to provide your information in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, compulsory administrative law enforcement, or judicial requirements, we may disclose your information according to the type of information and disclosure method required. In compliance with laws and regulations, when we receive requests for the above disclosure of information, we will require the recipient to present corresponding legal documents, such as a subpoena or investigation letter. We firmly believe that information we are required to provide should be as transparent as possible within the limits permitted by law. We carefully review all requests to ensure they have a legal basis and are limited to data that law enforcement agencies have the legal right to obtain for specific investigative purposes.

(IV) Exceptions to Prior Authorization and Consent for Sharing, Transferring, or Disclosing Information

In the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, or disclosing your information does not require prior authorization and consent from you:

1.  1.  Related to national security and national defense security;

2.  2.  Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

3.  3.  Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments, or other judicial or administrative law enforcement;

4.  4.  Where it is necessary to protect the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;

5.  5.  Information that you have disclosed to the public on your own;

6.  6.  Information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels.

According to legal provisions, sharing, transferring, or disclosing de-identified personal information, and ensuring that the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the information subject, does not constitute external sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information. The storage and processing of such data will not require separate notification to you or your consent.

IV. How We Store and Protect Personal Information

We only store your personal information for the period necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and the minimum time limit required by laws and regulations. If we terminate a service or operation, we will promptly stop continuing to collect your personal information. At the same time, we will comply with relevant laws and regulations to notify you in advance, and delete or anonymize your personal information after terminating the service or operation, unless otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.

Personal information collected and generated during our operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China is stored within China, except for the following circumstances:

1.  1.  Where there are clear provisions in laws and regulations;

2.  2.  Where your authorization and consent are obtained;

3.  3.  Where the Raytools Services you use involve cross-border activities, and Raytools needs to provide your personal information overseas.

For the above circumstances, we will ensure that sufficient protection is provided for your personal information in accordance with this Policy and national laws and regulations.

We take information security very seriously, have established a dedicated security team, and take all reasonably feasible measures to protect your personal information:

(I) Data Security Technical Measures

We adopt security protection measures that comply with industry standards, including establishing reasonable system specifications and security technologies to prevent unauthorized access, use, and modification of your personal information, and to avoid damage or loss of data.

Our services adopt various encryption technologies. For example, in some Raytools Services, we will use encryption technologies (e.g., SSL) to protect your personal information, adopt encryption technology to encrypt and store your personal information, and use isolation technology for isolation.

When using personal information, such as information display and information association calculations, we adopt various data desensitization technologies to enhance the security of information during use.

We also adopt strict data access permission controls and multi-factor identity authentication technologies to protect personal information and prevent data from being used improperly.

(II) Other Security Measures We Take to Protect Personal Information

We manage and regulate the storage and use of personal information by establishing data classification and grading systems, data security management specifications, and data security development specifications.

We implement comprehensive security control over data through information handler confidentiality agreements, monitoring, and audit mechanisms. We also hold security and privacy protection training courses to strengthen employees' security awareness and understanding of the importance of protecting information.

(III) We only allow Raytools employees and partners who need to know this information to access your personal information, and we have set strict access permission controls and monitoring mechanisms for this purpose. We also require all personnel who may come into contact with your personal information to fulfill corresponding confidentiality obligations. Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in legal liability or termination of the cooperative relationship with Raytools.

(IV)  We will take all reasonably feasible measures to ensure that no irrelevant personal information is collected.

(V)  The internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and communication methods such as email, instant messaging, social software, or other service software with other users cannot guarantee complete encryption. We recommend that you use complex passwords when using such tools and pay attention to protecting your information security.

(VI)  The internet environment is not 100% secure. We will endeavor to ensure or guarantee the security of the personal information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or management protection facilities are compromised, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal information, causing damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear corresponding legal liability.

(VII) Security Incident Handling

When communicating with third parties or purchasing goods and services through Raytools Services, you will inevitably have to disclose your own information to the counterparty or potential counterparty, such as contact information or postal address. Please protect your information properly and only provide it to others when necessary.

To address potential risks such as personal information leakage, damage, and loss, we have established multiple systems, clarifying the classification and grading standards for security incidents and security vulnerabilities and corresponding handling procedures. We have also established a dedicated emergency response team for security incidents. In accordance with security incident handling specifications, we initiate security plans for different security incidents, conduct loss prevention, analysis, positioning, develop remedial measures, and conduct tracing and countermeasures jointly with relevant departments.

In the unfortunate event of an information security incident, we will promptly notify you in accordance with legal requirements: the basic situation of the security incident and its potential impact, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks on your own, and remedial measures for you. We will also promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the incident via email, letter, phone call, sending notifications, etc. When it is difficult to inform each information subject individually, we will adopt reasonable and effective means to publish an announcement. At the same time, we will also proactively report the handling of information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required.

Please understand that due to technological limitations and the limitations of risk prevention, even though we have strengthened security measures as much as possible, we cannot always guarantee 100% security of information. You need to understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access Raytools Services may experience problems due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please be sure to keep your account, password, and other identity elements safe. When you use Raytools Services, we will identify you through your account, password, and other identity elements. Once   you disclose the aforementioned information, you may suffer losses, which may be detrimental to you. If you find that your account, password, and/or other identity elements may have been or have been disclosed, please contact us immediately so that we can take timely corresponding measures to avoid or reduce related losses.

V. How to Manage Your Personal Information

(I) Access, Update, and Deletion

We encourage you to update and modify your personal information to make it more accurate and effective. You can access your personal information through Raytools Services and complete modifications, supplements, and deletions yourself according to the management method of the corresponding information, or request us to do so. We will adopt appropriate technical means or provide contact channels for submitting applications to ensure, as much as possible, that you can access, update, and correct your personal information or other information provided when using Raytools Services.

When accessing, updating, correcting, and deleting the aforementioned information, we may require you to undergo identity verification to ensure information security. For information collected about you through COOKIES or similar technologies, we have also explained the selection mechanisms provided to you in Part II "How We Use COOKIES or Similar Technologies" of this Policy. If you want to query, modify, or delete part of your information, please log in to your Raytools account or follow the specific guidance of the individual service.

Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, when you correct or delete your personal information, we may not immediately correct or delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but will correct or delete this information when the backup is updated.

(II) Public Disclosure and Sharing

Many of our services allow you to publicly share your relevant information not only with your social network but also with all users using the service. For example, information you upload or post within Raytools Services, your responses to information uploaded or posted by others, uploading or publishing your information through email or in public areas visible to non-specific users within Raytools Services, including location data and log information related to this information. As long as you do not delete the information you have publicly disclosed or shared, the relevant information may remain in the public domain; even if you delete shared information, the relevant information may still be independently cached, copied, or stored by other users or third parties not under our control, or saved in the public domain by other users or such third parties. If you disclose or share information through the above channels, resulting in the leakage of your information, we are not responsible. Therefore, we remind and urge you to carefully consider whether to disclose or share your information through the above channels.

(III) Changing the Scope of Your Authorized Consent

You can always choose whether to disclose information. Some information is necessary to use Raytools Services, but the provision of most other information is up to you. You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information, turning off device functions, etc.

After you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn authorization, nor will we continue to process your corresponding information. However, your decision to withdraw authorization will not affect information processing previously conducted based on your authorization.

VI. Third-Party Services

Raytools Services may connect to or link to social media or other services (including websites or other service forms) provided by third parties. These include:

1.  1.  You can use the "Share" key to share certain Raytools Service content to third-party services, or share third-party service content to Raytools Services. These functions may collect your information (including your log information) and may set COOKIES on your computer device to operate normally;

2.  2.  We provide you with links through other ways of our services, enabling you to link to third-party services or websites;

3.  3.  Other situations involving access to third-party services. For example, to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, we may integrate SDKs or similar applications provided by third-party service providers and share certain information we collect about you in accordance with this Policy with such third-party service providers to provide better customer service and user experience. Currently, the third-party service providers we integrate mainly include the following types:

1.  (1)  For user services, including information display, data monitoring/statistics, etc.;

2.  (2)  For message sending functions, including mobile phone manufacturer Push sending, specific event reminders, diverse content display, etc.;
